i know you can pick up cute hats in the dollar section at target.
(they have a couple different ones to choose from... or they did at least)
then just add the beard! haha!

I made leprechaun traps with the kids one year...it was so much fun! Once the kids were in bed, asleep, I took all their bait (pennies) out of the trap and made the traps look like they'd been set. Then I ripped a little 'escape' hatch from the traps and left one of those little glittered green hats you can buy at craft stores 'left behind' in the trap. The kids are almost 10 now and still talk about how they almost caught the leprechauns :)
