When I saw the announcement for September's Spooktacular event on Eighteen 25, I knew just the project I wanted to submit!
Hello Eighteen 25 fans, my name is Amy and you can find me creating an assortment of projects on my blog Amy's Art From The Heart! I am a consultant for Close To My Heart and just happened to receive some brand new goodies from the latest Idea Book. I love the trend of printer's trays and was thrilled to see that the new book featured a similar Display Tray. Being a big fan of Halloween I couldn't resist decorating my tray in the spookiest fashion!
All of the products on my tray can be found at Close To My Heart. The Display Tray comes completely assembled with two rings at the top for easy hanging. The papers for each of the boxes were cut to fit at 3x4 inches. I chose the lovely Moonlight papers with muted purples, oranges and greens. The chipboard characters and phrases are from the Moonlight Complements Dimensional Elements that coordinate perfectly with these papers. That little ghost and flying witch are actually dancing inside as they were attached with some pop-up springs. Several more shapes were cut on my Cricut with both the Art Philosophy cartridge and the new Artiste cartridge. The Cricut shapes include the spider web, spooky tree, tombstones and those glittered black roses.
Don't be frightened...take a closer look!
I'm so happy to share my Halloween Display Tray with you. Thanks for having me as your guest Jennifer, Jodie and Jamie, it's been SPOOKTACULAR!
